Samuel W. Hall, MD is available to perform IME’s (Independent Medical Exams), review medical records, and provide expert witness testimony.

Dr. Hall is trained, has extensive experience, and possesses board certification in Internal Medicine, Occupational Medicine, and Medical Toxicology.  He has had formal training in Industrial and Environmental Toxicology, Industrial Hygiene Engineering, Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety, Epidemiology and Biostatistics. His experience includes 14 years of Internal Medicine practice at Regions Hospital, an acute care University of Minnesota affiliated teaching hospital.  He has practiced Occupational Medicine for over 10 years. For six of these years he was Head of the Occupational and Environmental Medicine Section and also Assistant Director for the Occupational Medicine Residency at Regions Hospital, the only NIOSH-designated Occupational Medicine training program in the upper Midwest. For 17 years he was Medical Director of the Minnesota Regional Poison Center, a state-certified regional poison control center. As a physician toxicologist he has consulted on a wide variety of toxicology and occupational health-related issues during the past 20 years. I am currently Director of Occupational Health Services for the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. Special areas of interest include the adverse health effects from acute and chronic exposure to toxic substances, psychoactive substance abuse, occupational and environmental health and safety, and workability/disability evaluations.  His consulting work includes document reviews with verbal and written reports, onsite consulting, and performance of Independent Medical Examinations.  Curriculum vitae, fee schedule and an attorney/client reference list are available on request.
